Tahini Rice Crispy Treats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups rice crisps
Instructions

Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Warm the tahini and maple syrup over medium heat in a large pot until softened and combined.

Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla, then fold in the rice crisps until they’re evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared dish, using a piece of parchment to press and smooth the top.

Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to set before cutting into bars.

Store the bars in the fridge to keep them firm; they will soften if left at room temperature.
