Don’t be misled by my blog and Instagram — I don’t cook elaborate meals every day. I love cooking, but after a busy day with Baby J, preparing a big dinner every night isn’t realistic. Meal prep helps when I remember it, but more often I need reliable, quick recipes that don’t require a lot of time or ingredients. That’s why I put together a collection of five-ingredient recipes that are fast, affordable, and tasty.
