5-Ingredient Vegan eCookbook: Simple Plant-Based Recipes for Busy Weeknights

Welcome to the refreshed Sweet Potato Soul website! The new design brings a clean, modern look with my favorite color palette—turquoise, teal, and sweet potato orange—while making navigation and browsing much more enjoyable. I’m especially excited about the improved navigation bar with thumbnail previews, the dedicated video page, and the redesigned Recipe page that makes finding ideas fast and easy. You’ll also find a selection of simple five-ingredient recipes highlighted throughout the site.

Along with the site relaunch, I’ve released my first full-length digital cookbook, 5 Ingredient Vegan. It’s available through the shop and priced at just $5.55. The book has been selling really well and I’ve received a lot of positive feedback. Friends and readers have been sharing it on social media, which has been both encouraging and humbling.

The cookbook focuses on flavorful, accessible vegan dishes that don’t require a long ingredient list. Some personal favorites from the collection include tahini cookies (warning: they’re addictive), chia seed crepes, tahini banana butter, tempeh breakfast patties, collard enchiladas, and Cajun tempeh. Each recipe is designed to be straightforward and satisfying, perfect for busy weeknights or for sharing with friends.

I’ll be posting a colorful, savory recipe in time for Memorial Day, so check back soon for a new dish you can add to your holiday menu.

In the meantime, I’d love to hear your thoughts on the new site and the cookbook. Drop a comment, share your favorites, and let me know what you’d like to see next. xoxo
