Vegan Meal Plan Program: Weekly Plant-Based Menus & Recipes

Celebrating Buddhalicious: A New Vegan Meal Plan

Today is a beautiful day. I’m in Mexico celebrating my birthday, the anniversary of Sweet Potato Soul, and the launch of my new vegan meal plan program, Buddhalicious. It’s a special time and I’m excited to share it with you.

What Is Buddhalicious?

Buddhalicious centers on simple, delicious, and balanced Buddha bowls. These one-bowl meals have become a popular wellness trend because they’re versatile, quick to prepare, nutrient-dense, and packed with flavor. I make a simple Buddha bowl almost every day—many take just five to ten minutes to assemble and they’re incredibly nourishing. The combinations of grains, legumes, vegetables, greens, and sauces are endless, so you’ll never get bored.

Buddha bowls are sometimes called macro bowls and have roots in Japanese Zen Buddhist and macrobiotic traditions. The Buddhalicious recipes take inspiration from those traditions to bring balanced, wholesome meals that are easy to fit into a busy life.

Join Our Free Weekend Experience

To celebrate the launch, we’re offering a FREE weekend experience so you can try Buddhalicious for yourself. It’s a great way to explore the meal plan, learn simple prepping techniques, and taste the variety Buddha bowls can offer. I hope you’ll join the fun and discover how effortless and satisfying plant-based meals can be.
